Welcome to Everyday Gourmet, your premier full-service catering company! From heavy hors d’oeuvres to buffet catering, we can do it all. Hiring us to cater your event is a seamless process designed to meet all your gastronomic needs with excellence. Here’s what to expect.

Step One: Initial INquiry

  • Begin by filling out the ‘Catering Inquiries’ form on our Contact Us page with as many details as you have. A catering specialist will reach out to you within one business day with menus according to your catering needs. Take a moment to look over our menus and make your selections before your consultation.

Step Two: Consultation

  • This can be done via email but is much easier over the phone. During this meeting, discuss your event details, such as date, time, location, guest count, budget, dietary preferences, and any specific requirements.

  • Be sure to let us know if you are providing the alcohol for the event, a cake, or if you will require rental equipment or tableware. NOTE: for weddings, your planner will typically handle the ordering of rental tables and chairs, linens, and tableware.

Step Three: Initial Proposal

  • After finalizing the menu and details, our team will provide you with a comprehensive quote outlining the costs and services included. Feel free to request modifications or customizations to suit your needs.

  • Once the menu is finalized and the proposal is agreed upon, a 25% deposit will be collected to secure the date. This is non-refundable and will go toward your final balance.

Step four (Optional): Tasting Session

  • If available, consider arranging a tasting session to sample the dishes you're considering for the event. This will help you make informed decisions about the menu and help us get to know your priorities when it comes to your event.

Step Five: Site visit

  • In most cases, especially for large events, we will schedule a meeting with you to do a walkthrough of your venue. This ensures seamless service on the day of your event.

Step Six: Confirmation

  • Closer to the event date, our team will reach out to reconfirm all the essential details, such as the final guest count, timeline, setup requirements, and any last-minute changes.

Step Seven: The Big Day!

  • Event Day: On the day of the event, the catering team will arrive at the venue at the designated time to set up the dining area and kitchen facilities. They will ensure everything is prepped and ready for your guests.

  • Service and Hospitality: Throughout the event, the catering staff will provide attentive service, ensuring your guests are taken care of and have a delightful dining experience.

  • Cleanup and Wrap-up: After the event concludes, the catering team will clean up the dining area and remove their equipment, leaving the venue in the same condition as they found it.

Step eight: Follow up and final payment

  • Our team will send you a final invoice within 7 days of your event. Payment is due within 30 days after you receive your invoice.

  • Share your feedback with the catering company about their services and food quality. Your input will help them improve their offerings and customer experience. Leave us a review on Google!
