For this outdoor wedding, the couple wanted generous portions of classic foods that would satisfy the food professionals from one family and the small town relatives from the other. Instead of passed hors d’oeuvres, the couple had an opulent display of cheeses and cured Italian meats with olives, fruit and roasted and fresh vegetables.

This couple wanted to go all out with beef tenderloin and shrimp being featured. Both come from big families with lots of small children so a portion of the food needed to be child-friendly. This event is happening at a winery, so the labor is lower because there are no additional bar personnel needed and the rentals are somewhat less because the venue provides tablecloths
